This is my second review.... It is just that good. The SOAP note continues to improve. I feel like improvements are being made daily/weekly. The real reason for review #2 is the companies responsiveness. It is almost instant. I even got immediate support on a Saturday AM when I couldn't get a note to populate. SO FAST! I am an interventional cardiologist practicing in private setting and see everything general cards, int cards, pvd, shd and love the ease of Get Freed. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner student and Freed has very much helped me in my clinical placement. I am able to be more present with my patients and provide better care without being distracted by the requirements of documentation. I worked 5 years in family medicine and this would have been a huge help before going back to school for psychiatry. I like that it codes and bills both ICD 10 codes and CPT codes are helpful.

Since using Freed AI, my stress level has decreased significantly during my work day. I now have the freedom to just listen, ask questions, and focus on the patient and not on trying to capture the fine details of the visit. While AI isn't perfect and it doesn't always capture the essence of the conversation, it's very easy for me to go back when doing notes to make small changes as needed. It's much easier for me to edit than to have to compose the note.

This product is a GAMECHANGER for me as a clinician! I am a pediatric nurse practitioner at an extremely busy outpatient specialty clinic. It is a challenge to see a large volume of patients without drowning in charting after hours or keeping your head buried in a laptop during appointments.
